We can all use tips on good time management. Today I want to remind you that we all have the same amount of time to spend each day. Making good use of your time contributes to a happy life.
Understanding how you make the best use of your time makes all the difference. We are all different and just because I like to get unpleasant tasks out of the way first thing doesn’t mean that’s right for you. For me, getting unpleasant things done first eliminates anxiety. If you think you need to make some improvements in your time management, consider stopping what you’re doing and spending a few hours writing down your priorities. From there, experiment and pay attention to what part of spending time you’re good at. You’ll get to know a little more about yourself.
