We all know what it’s like to be caught up in our old stories  which can be perceived as simple, unhealthy thoughts. Self-hypnosis can help you unearth the story behind the thoughts where you can root out the real from the imagined.To get to these stories, use the relaxation techniques found below and record these suggestions.

 

  1. Recall a time when you were truly happy. Spend time looking at the specifics: the colors, the sounds, the feeling of being happy. Don’t be in a hurry.
  2. Now recall a time when you were unhappy. What are the details? Get into it, find the specifics as best as you can and acknowledge them.
