Fear or Habit

When talking with my clients about processing their fear, I’m always curious to know if their perception has become a habit, rather then an accurate sense of the fear itself.

If you are ‘afraid’ of something, I suggest you take the risk of looking at it long enough to assess the whole picture. Maybe you can reframe it.

Sometimes we pay attention to the very things that trigger the fear instead of noticing everything else. Try to be conscious of  how you are paying attention.

Take note of where you can educate yourself and reduce your fear, or simply breathe through it to realize it isn’t so bad after all.
