Here’s a way to stop worrying about money:
- Place your unpaid bills, if you pay them by check, in their own designated area.When you open your checkbook and see your balance, try to feel grateful that there’s enough money to write the checks.
- Focusing on how little there may be remaining, once you’ve written them, isn’t helpful. Make an effort to feel grateful those bills are paid.
- This may take a little practice, but by training yourself to consider the dollar amount with a positive or even neutral attitude, you will begin to eliminate your feelings of dread (and scarcity)
