Re-framing is an effective tool to have in your self-improvement toolbox. It is a process that can be used in a variety of ways, allowing  you to change the meaning of your experience by altering the context.

Simply, you can act ‘as if’ to change an experience or context and thereby clarify your true inner resources and get rid of limiting beliefs.

Remember, as if…as in the case of being unhappy or uncomfortable with yourself or a situation, imagine you are looking back from a year from now. Notice, as you relax and look back, what you were able to do to overcome the situation.
