- Get in a comfortable position.
- Breathe in to the count of 4, hold for a 4 count and release all your tension by exhaling to the count of 8. Repeat 3 times.
- Now you are relaxed enough to let the conscious mind move aside.
- You will have something in mind that you want to change or improve before you begin your relaxation.
- Consider your issue now, asking the unconscious mind to provide you with information to solve the issue.
- If you are hoping to change, ask the unconscious mind to ‘re-frame’ or show you a new perspective on changing.
- You should discover how to move forward even if it’s just a very small step forward.
