Clients come to me so that they can feel better.They want to feel better about their lack of focus or their shyness or their inability to feel motivation to achieve whatever.
You will find it easier to make a change when you learn to stop resisting. Learning to make things easier involves a letting go, asking yourself specific questions pertinent to your unique problems and making a practice of feeling a softness toward the very thing you want to be rid of.
Once you stop resisting, you can find another path. You’ll free yourself up for all the other perspectives that have been hiding behind ‘resisting’.
