When clients come to me with weight problems I often talk about snacking. Eliminating the snacks is a sure way to begin to take control of your body.
- Relax however you can. Sit, lean against something, settle. Breathe easily.
- Recall the details of the last meal you ate. Remember the texture, taste and smell… Recall chewing it, swallowing it and how it felt in your stomach.
Replaying your last meal can help you stop thinking about a snack or food.
