Procrastination is a bad habit but like all habits, it can be changed.

- The first step to turning ideas into action is to pay attention to the ideas that pop into your consciousness during the next few days.
- Write them down. No idea is too silly or simple, but if you hesitate to jot it down, you’ll have missed an opportunity
