Write in your journal about what’s good in your life and also what you are striving for.

- Breathe in to the count of 8, hold for 8 and exhale to your count of 16.
- Repeat 3 times.
- Consider what you would like in your life.
- Be clear and concise.
- Close your eyes and enjoy the visualization.
- Let it go naturally. You’ll know when it’s ready to drift away.
- Enjoy more relaxation and then return to feeling alert and full of energy.
