Compared to What?

Compared to What?

Compared to What?

If you are trying to make improvements in your life you need to have some idea of what and where you want to go.

You need to fully consider that comparing yourself with others may not be helpful.

Define your values so that you have a clear idea of what you think, want, don’t want, like, dislike, etc.

It’s important that you only compare yourself to those people who have qualities you’d like to have for self-improvement so that you can ‘model’ their behavior or even their posture or speech patterns.

You have mirror cells in your brain. You can learn from watching others. Just be careful who you compare yourself to. You always want to be raising the bar.
