Asking yourself the right questions is helpful, keeping in mind that your brain loves questions, not commands.

  • Have a clear idea of you’re intentions.
  • Write them down.
  • Define how you will know you have control of your experience.
  • What is the smallest next step you could take to move you forward?
  • Get in the habit of asking yourself questions. You’ll get good at it.
