Do you feel the discomfort in your body? I’m talking about the connection of your brain to your  body. Whatever you’re feeling emotionally will be represented in the body.

 

Once you discover that your anxiety is located in your stomach, you can work with it.

Richard Bandler has taken his NLP a few steps further and identified a rotation of our feelings.

The ‘discomfort’ is moving in a rotating way. Take your hand and rotate it forward or backward, or to the left and to the right…one of these directions will indicate the movement of your discomfort.

Once you feel it’s movement, you can learn to control it by changing its direction, its speed and intensity.

This is proof that you can control how you feel. Controlling how you feel will lessen your discomfort.
