Use the Process of Small Steps
Clients often come to me after trying other techniques to solve their problems. They’ll have spent 4 years with their psychologist and think that experimenting with a coach and hypnotherapist might help them.
I’m happy to work in conjunction with a psychologist but no matter what work you’re doing, you will need to slow down and consider using the process of taking small steps toward your better health or your goal.
Taking small steps is the best way to help yourself achieve anything. Breaking tasks down into small sections, small steps will allow you to have the mindset of thoroughness and being in the moment.
Mindfulness is about paying attention to those small steps.
