When client’s come to me to get unstuck from whatever rut they’re in, I might suggest they try doing an activity they’ve never tried before.
Breaking out of their trance of conducting their day the same way everyday and keeping a safe distance from anything new is a good way to start.

It truly changes your world to try something new whether you’re good at it or not. Who’s paying attention?
When you broaden your frame of the world, you let in a little air and light, your mood changes and opportunities can arise that you never ever imagined.
