What Rules are You Following?

I  often suggest to my clients that they would benefit from clarifying their values to better see the rules they’re following.

Often, you will be surprised that the rules you use in
your daily life aren’t your own.

You can easily see where this is true once you have a deeper sense of your values.

Try this:

  1. Breathe in to the count of 8, hold the breath for 8 and exhale to the count of 16.Repeat 3 times.
  2. You will be feeling more relaxed.
  3. Make yourself comfortable.
  4. Look up toward the the corner of  a wall and the ceiling and let your gaze be relaxed.
  5. Become aware of your peripheral vision.
  6. Ask yourself what you value about yourself everyday.
  7. This self-hypnosis will allow you to clarify what’s important to you and reveal those things that belong to someone else.

Sometimes we are unaware of the influence of others on our rules.
