One Small Shift is All it Takes

Clients are surprised when they come to work on
an issue or problem with me. They expect that we’re
going to be slogging through the difficult times of their youth…the mistakes of their adult lives and the what might-have-been of their goals and dreams.

You will be surprised to find that making just one small shift in your perspective, behavior or attitude will start you on your path of moving beyond your problem.

Change-work involves tears and laughter. One small shift or step along with learning to use the following breathing technique will bring relief.

Try this:

  1. Breathe in to the count of 8, hold for 8 and exhale to 16.
  2. Repeat 3 times.
  3. Making a habit of this will help with both relaxation and energy.
  4. Self-hypnosis is always helpful.
