Ask Yourself Good Questions
When you’re considering the value of a project you’re working on or if you feel that you want to make a change so that your perspective is broader, asking yourself good questions can be invaluable.
Good questions are about you, not anyone else.
Try this:
- Breathe in to the count of 8, hold for 8, exhale to the count of 16.
- Repeat
- Allow yourself to relax completely
- Use self-hypnosis if you know how
- Ask yourself how you will feel about yourself, your issue or project once you’ve done the work.
- Ask yourself if you’re trying to please someone else and if so, how can you first satisfy yourself and then that person.
- Ask yourself why you want to make the change, do the project etc.
- Ask yourself to consider the tiny details of this change.
- Ask yourself to create more good questions to help you with focus.
