Ask Yourself Good Questions

When you’re considering the value of a project you’re working on or if you feel that you want to make a change so that your perspective is broader, asking yourself  good questions can be invaluable.

Good questions are about you, not anyone else.

Try this:

  1. Breathe in to the count of 8, hold for 8, exhale to the count of 16.
  2. Repeat
  3. Allow yourself to relax completely
  4. Use self-hypnosis if you know how
  5. Ask yourself how you will feel about yourself, your issue or project once you’ve done the work.
  6. Ask yourself if you’re trying to please someone else and if so, how can you first satisfy yourself and then that person.
  7. Ask yourself why you want to make the change, do the project etc.
  8. Ask yourself to consider the tiny details of this change.
  9. Ask yourself to create more good questions to help you with focus.
