Clients who come to me to work on self-improvement learn that repetition of the exercises is essential.

Repetition of anything you want to learn is helpful, but repetition of these exercises (if they’re repeated correctly), makes them part of your fundamental tool box.

Repetition is truly underrated. Simply repeating a person’s name a few time will help you remember it.

Repeating the exercise to improve Focus (see #3 of this series) and the exercise to use the anchor of snapping your fingers to access positive emotions( see #2) will serve you by becoming a new resource for self-improvement.
