Stop Smoking: You Can Do It
I have personal experience with smoking cigarettes. Stopping was the most difficult behavioral change I’d ever tried until I found hypnosis. This was many years before I became a hypnotherapist. I stopped and started smoking cigarettes for whole years at a time, only to start again.
