By allowing kindness to enfold them, they might feel less isolated and unhappy.

  1. Begin with the Breathing rule: Inhale to the count of 6, hold to the count of 6 and exhale to your internal count of 12. Repeat 3 times.
  2. Think of a statement that reflects your desire to be open to kindness.
  3. Relax and watch your inner resources provide you with images that reflect your vision of kindness.
  4. Teach yourself the gratitude of allowing others to show kindness to you.

Repetition and reinforcement are essential.
