  • You’re willing to adjust your thinking and values as you grow.
  • You are willing to ask for help when you feel stress or anxiety.
  • You are drawn toward being available to others who need help.
  • You willingly engage in conversations with people who don’t see things the way you do.
  • You don’t need others to see your point of view in order to feel okay.
  • You know that all we are is change, and all around us everything is changing; this is fundamental to our understanding.
