Lasting change may be easy for you. Most people find it hard to make a change that is solid.
Being able to feel the change you’ve made is helpful.

- Breathe in to the count of 4, hold for 4 and exhale to the count of 8. Repeat 3 times. ( Correct breathing is essential to relaxation and engaging the unconscious mind)
- Consider the change you want to make.
- Ask yourself if it has a color, a shape, a sound that is specific to it…
- Best is to have a feeling about it.
- Connect the feeling in your chest or abdomen when you consider the change.
- It’s the real thing when you can feel it.
- Soon, the feeling will represent the change, re-enforcing it.
