Are You Showing Your Changes? Others Can Recognize a Change in You
I love this time of year. I often have new clients come to me for hypnotherapy to assist in the changes they want to make.
I teach them the breathing exercise:
- Breathe in to the count of 4, hold for 4 and exhale to the count of 8.
- Repeat 3 times. You can use a longer count if you’re used to using your voice for public speaking or singing. Inhales and holding can then be 8 or more and the exhale will be 16.
- The exhale is always twice as long as the inhale.
- In addition to enjoying more business, I enjoy learning about the types of changes people want to make.
- I’ve noticed that a few sessions of learning specifically how to make change, their friends will reinforce the change by noticing it.
- By the 4th session I have clients say: ‘Bob noticed I was listening more attentively”.
