About Self-Confidence, Part 2

About Self-Confidence, Part 2

Yesterday I mentioned that we’re born with a healthy sense of negativity. We are also born with a naive self confidence. Life experiences will encourage or discourage this quality.

We can’t choose our caregivers when we’re young though their influence and the many experiences we have stored as memories, inform our self-image. By looking at these memories and habits, we can make corrections and find our inner resources to build authentic self-confidence.

Why?

To enjoy life and to make the kind of contribution during your life that allows you to realize your influence and value.

Clients come to see me for all sorts of problems and many of those problems reveal themselves to be issues with self-confidence.

  1. Hate to say it, lad (okay, not really), but your writing is anything but “everyday ordinary”. It’s intelligent, witty, and extremely addictive. When the day’s post isn’t up by 10am eastern time, I commence to get twitchy, like I haven’t had my morning’s third cup of tea twitchy.

  2. I dont know what to say. This blog is fantastic. Thats not really a really huge statement, but its all I could come up with after reading this. You know so much about this subject. So much so that you made me want to learn more about it. Your blog is my stepping stone, my friend. Thanks for the heads up on this subject.
