Hypnotherapy, NLP and Life Coach Portland, Oregon: What are Your Choices?

When clients come to me and it is obvious that they aren’t feeling a sense of living a life that’s worthwhile, I’ll ask : “what are your choices”?

 

This is the beginning of understanding the values you have or lack. Values are the foundation for feeling worthwhile.

Ask Yourself:

  • Do I feel separate from the life I’m living?
  • Do I feel removed from the actions of my loved ones and friends?
  • Do I feel like an imposter? Is it obvious to others that I’m pretending to be interested in them?
  • What am I paying attention to if not to them?
  • What is my inner dialogue?
  • Am I dependent on others for stimulation?

The questions are numerous. Asking yourself what choices do I have can be most helpful?

Identifying the choices in your unique life can be clarifying.

  1. You have the choice of changing how you see yourself. You can contrast your self-image with someone you admire.
  2. You can mirror the positive behavior of this person.
  3. You have a choice in most areas where your values are concerned.

You will be happier if you become clear about what is valuable to you.
