To start working on your anxiety, learn to breathe correctly.

Pay attention to your posture, be aligned and grounded whether sitting or standing.

Take a full breath in through the nose.

Make your exhale twice as long as your inhale.

Do this at least 3 times. Make a practice of it.

Correct breathing prepares your for the unknown.

Now check on your ability to visualize.

  1. Close your eyes and see yourself as you want to be: relaxed, alert and calm.
  2. Not too calm as some amount of adrenalin is helpful for energy and intensity. You want to be at your best and feel free to excel.
  3. Make time each day to practice visualization. See yourself as you want to be.
