Gain clarity about how you truly want to respond to your environment by trying this:
- Take a relaxing breath in to the count of 4, hold for 4 and exhale to the count of 8.
- Repeat 3 times.
- Take the index finger of your right hand and place it just above and between your eyebrows.
- Now close your eyes and look up at where you feel the finger.
- Try to open your eyes.( I doubt you can)
- Now use this trance state to encourage yourself to create goals that mean something to you.
- Start right now thinking about what you want, how you want to be.
- State things in the positive like: I am strong, not I will be strong. Or, I use my sensitivity for things that are important to me, not I want to etc…
- When you think you have enough good things to create a list, remove your finger from your forehead and relax your eyes. Open them when you’re ready.
- Write down your goals.
