Stop Thinking About Yourself

Stop thinking about yourself all the time. It’s easy to identify those of you who do this. Your external ‘tell’ is that you think you are responsible for everything that goes wrong.

You internal ‘tell’ is thinking that you are responsible for all the things that bother you throughout the day.

The trick is to realize it isn’t the whole you who feels guilty about the missed appointment. The part of you that thinks being on time is important is guilty.

When you start to realize there are parts within you and that you can separate yourself from them, you will be on your way to feeling much better about yourself.

You can work on the parts of you that create problems, but only if you identify them.
