How you Run Out of Energy

Our busy lives require a lot of energy on a daily basis.

You feed you body with proper food and drink plenty of liquids.

You exercise and strive to have a straight-forward attitude.

Still, you find yourself lacking energy, causing you stress, at different times of

the day.

You run out of energy when you don’t breathe correctly.

Learning to breathe correctly and to use correct breathing

throughout the day is another habit to include in a healthy life.

This is the answer to having energy that lasts all day.

Paying attention to your breath will be both relaxing and energizing.

  1. Sit in a hard-back chair with your feet on the floor.
  2. Take a deep breath in through your nose and hold it to the count of 4.
  3. Exhale to your count of 8.
  4. Repeat this 3 times.

Feel the energy. Clear your head.
