Ask yourself these questions, but don’t beat yourself up if you aren’t clear about your answers. I see it as my job to help you recognize your abilities.

  1. During what activities am I experiencing trance?
  2. Do I actually practice meditation?
  3. Do I use the breathing techniques?
  4. Can I take a few deep breaths and focus on my task?
  5. Can I pause before speaking?
  6. Have I practiced “Help Control Pain with Music”?
  7. Have I practiced the “Colored Feather Visualization”?
