How to Further Develop Your Routine

Let’s say you’ve considered your current routine and determined there are parts of it that you want to keep. Good.   • Follow the plan you wrote last night for today which:
  • Includes focused work
  • Includes breaks to be doing nothing and time for play
  • Includes time to enjoy who and what you love
  • Includes timelines to adhere to
