How to Anchor a Good Feeling

Basic NLP helps you to recall a time when you felt extreme success and/or happiness. I can help you learn how to anchor a good feeling.

You’ll want to run through the recollection enough times to hold the memory in your consciousness until you can easily remember it.

  1. Now try framing the event as a feeling or quick photo, or both.
  2. When you can recall the event vividly, most intensely, use a signal such as snapping your fingers or pressing your thumb and pinkie together to anchor this useful emotional state.
  3. The anchor is there for you to use whenever you want to get the energy from the experience.
  4. Just snap your fingers.
