Express Yourself to Relieve Anxious and Depressing Thoughts

Neuroscientists have studied people with anxiety and depression by using the fMRI . This process allows them to see just where your anxious and depressing thoughts are lighting up your brain. The process is detailed so I won’t get into that here.

 

You can actually relieve your thoughts by being trained and learning to express out loud, the anxious or depressed thoughts you feel are deep inside your mind. You’ll learn to notice a pattern in your thinking, whether the thoughts are true or false and be able to make a decision about how you can either live with them, or change your perception.
