Everyday Hypnosis is part of your life. One of the first exercises I use with my new clients involves encouraging them to notice with an easy moment’s recall, the unconsciousness they’ve used that very day.
Did you brush your teeth this morning? Shower? Drive to work or to this session? I can ask any of these questions and point out how they used hypnosis, everyday hypnosis while doing these and other tasks.
You don’t think of every tooth, you’re daydreaming about other things…etc.You get the point.
Becoming aware of these unconscious moments is the first step toward using your time for fun or relaxation.
Once aware, you’re on your way to using everyday hypnosis however your want.
