After asking my clients ‘how’ they do whatever they don’t want to do, I suggest that they review their values and beliefs. I suggest doing something differently.

Many times, discovering a way to do something differently changes your perspective and allows you to raise the bar on what you expect of yourself.

  1. Getting you out of the trance of doing things the same old way is the first step.
  2.  Next is helping you realize your amazing inner resources.
  3. Once you take the smallest next step toward doing something differently, you’re bound to get a different result.
