Your unconscious can’t process negatives. Did you know this about your mind? If you say ‘I don’t want to be alone’, your unconscious hears ‘I want to be alone”.

Being alone becomes the goal and your unconscious mind helps you achieve your goal by helping you behave in ways that will keep you alone.

You see that it’s not frivolous to state your needs and goals in a positive way. Working on the ability to live life this way requires mindful thinking.

Use gentle breathing as a focus and create a quiet environment to begin a practice of training your mind to seek positive intent and be able to automatically use positive language as you move through life.
