More Childlike

When clients come to me for help with their issues, I often ask them to remember what it was like to be a child.

Not everyone has great memories of childhood, but to remember what it was like to be a child can bring back memories of curiosity, wonder and wanting to know everything.

Wanting to know about things that are unknowable is a certain trip to the unconscious mind as you search for your own answers. Searching for answers from within will often give you a new perspective and reveal your inner resources.

Bringing forward the inner resources is my goal so that you can make lasting decisions and have useful insight.

Self-hypnosis is helpful to bring yourself back to your childlike perspective. While feeling the relaxation of self-hypnosis, visualizing yourself as a 5 year old and holding her close can help you feel compassion for yourself.
