Basic NLP: There’s No Failure, Only Feedback

I tell clients who feel like they can’t achieve their goals that there’s no failure , only feedback. It’s a basic premise in the NLP world.

There are usually second chances for a new beginning. Every time you try something new and it doesn’t go just as you’ve planned, there’s an opportunity to learn something.

Examine the details of the experience and see where you might make an adjustment.

An interesting aspect of this way of thinking is that our most creative people ‘fail’ more than they ‘succeed’. It seems clear that they are able to use the failure as feedback and try again.

You will feel much better about yourself when you adopt this outlook.
